DRAFT input datasets for the open suitability analysis which is utilized as the Open Space Guideline Map (OSGM) within the Martha's Vineyard Commission's Open Space DRI Policy (Development of Regional Impact).

Summary of the primary data sources for each of the 25 input criteria and their respective weights for the suitability analysis. The weighting scale is 1 to 20 with 20 being most important.

A Land-Water raster was included in the suitability analysis to readily permit clipping all data to the same land/water extent. Water has a value of -1000 and Land is 0. Hence, when all input datasets were summed together, any resulting negative values represented areas of water. Whereas the Land = 0 had no impact on the resulting summarized suitability output. All positive values in the output represent land.

Prior to running the suitability analysis, all datasets were converted to raster format with a grid cell size of 3m x 3m.
