Description: This is a polygon data set representing an area where residents qualify for an infill incentive. An infill incentive area is place where a developer had the opportunity to build up to 12 residential units and a parking reduction, if they also meet the standards for lot characteristics, no recent demolitions, and parking, visibility, and access. The data set was created from the Boise zoning dataset and the Ada County road centerlines. This data was created by the City of Boise. This data is updated on a weekly basis, based on current zoning and street centerline data. It is current to the date of publication.
