Service Description: This data set was created for Boise Planning and Development Services to identify areas that may qualify for the infill incentive based on location. The infill incentive areas are zoned R-1B or R-1C and are within 300 feet of a collector or arterial street or within a quarter mile of an area zoned MX-3, MX-4, or MX-5. This data set is meant to identify properties for further investigation, not for a final determination on whether a given property or project qualifies for the incentive.

This data is updated on a weekly basis, based on current zoning and street centerline data. It is current to the date of publication.
