Service Description: This data identifies the middle housing stock in the City and County of Denver.
Middle housing stock is represented as parcel boundaries where the Denver Assessor Land Use Classification is any of the following:
⦁ residential, residential-4d, residential-4 to 8 units, residential-apartment, residential-condominium, residential-boarding home, residential-duplex, residential-multi unit apts, residential-rowhouse, residential-senior citizen apt, or residential-triplex.
An estimated unit count for each middle housing stock parcel is based on the Denver Assessor’s Total Unit value. If there is no Total Unit value, a count of the Tenant Address Unit points within each parcel is used to estimate unit counts. If there are no Tenant Address Unit points within the parcel, the count of the Owner Address points were used.
The dataset is static and limited to use by Community Planning & Development staff for analysis for the Unlocking Housing Choices project.
