Polygon feature class to represent parcels and ownership information within Riverside County.
This layer is created by joining PARCELS feature class attribute table with Assessor CREST tables to provide additional ownership information for each parcel. Parcel polygons representing right-of-way and river are removed.
Attribute Information:
APN - Assessor Parcel Number
FLAG - A special designation for the parcel
MAIL_STREET - Mailing street address
MAIL_CITY - Mailing city address
SITUS_STREET - Site street address
SITUS_CITY - Site city address
STREET_NUMBER - Site address street number
STREET_PREDIRECTION - Site address street directional prefix
STREET_NAME - Site address street name
STREET_TYPE - Site address street type
STREET_SUFFIX - Site address street suffix
UNIT_NUMBER - Site address unit number
CITY - Site address city name
ZIP_CODE - Site address zip code
CLASS_CODE - Landuse type, replacement of Realuse code
MULTIPLE - Replacement of Multi code
SUBDIVISION_NAME - Subdivision or development name
ACREAGE - Assessed acreage
RECORDER_MAP_TYPE - AM = 'Assessor Map', CM = 'Condominium Map', MB = 'Map Book', OM = 'Official Map', PM = 'Parcel Map', RS = 'Record of Survey'.
BOOK - Recorder book number
PAGE - Recorder page number
MAP_BOOK_PAGE - Concatenation of RECORDER_MAP_TYPE, BOOK, and PAGE.
