The shapes of all the footprints came from the CARIVE20_BUILDINGS_2020_Mosaic in conjunction with the 2020 orthouphoto update. The Fields for the Building Footprints are the following:

TARGET_FID - A Unique ID for each buil;ding footpring feature.

CODE - One of three generic codes for the building footprints: Building, Courtyard (an excluded portion withing a building) or Free Standing Solar Structure.

BLD_ID - A unique ID for only Building and Free Standing Solar Structure footrpints.

HEIGHT - THe building height in feet.

ELEV - The Elevation of the footprint in feet.

AREA - The area in square feet of the footprint.

CREATION_USER - The creator of the feature when it was first observed in any one of 3 feature classes. The values are CARIVE20_BUILDINGS_2020_Mosaic - Originated in 2020 for the 2020 orthopohoto update, ETL - originated in 2013 in the City of Riverside Building Footprints, MICROSOFT 2ND RELEASE - Originated in the Microsoft footprints released in 2015 and extracted by the County in 2018, and RFAIRHUR - Drawn or cut apart by Richard Farirhurst, Riverside County Transportation Department on the date specified.

CREATION_DATE - Date the shape was first known to have been created from all prior feature class sources.

MODIFIED_USER - Similar to the CREATION_USER and reflects the last user that created or moidified the feature shape or attributes.

MODIFIED_DATE - Last Modified Date

INCORPORATED - NO if unincorporated and YES if incorporated. This applies to footprints that are outside of the County or Riverside as well as footprints inside.

CENSUS_BUILDING_ID - A unique ID that reflects the State, County and City of the footprint based on FIPS values. This ID value avoids values that may overlap with IDs from other states, counties or cities.

STATE_FIPS - The FIPS number of the State of California, which is 06.

STATE_ABBREV - The value are AZ fore Arizone and CA for California.

COUNTY_FIPS - The FIPS of the County, which includes: 012 - Yuma County, Arizona; 059 - Orange County, California; 065 - Riverside County, California; 071 - San Bernardino County, California; 073 - San Diego County, California

COUNTY_NAME - The name of the County: ORANGE, RIVERSIDE, SAN BERNARDINO, SAN DIEGO, YUMA

CITY_FIPS - The FIPS code of the incorporated City. Unicorporated areas have an FIPS value of 00000.

CITY_NAME - The name of the incorporated City. Unicorporated areas have name value of "".

COUNTY_BUILDING_ID - The unique ID value portion of the footpring for the given State, County and City.

BUILDING_X - The X State Plane Coordinate of the footprint.

CENSUS_BUILDING_ID_OLD - Depricated

BUILDING_OLD - Depricated

APN - The Riverside County Assessors Parcel Number containing the footprint. The APN can be for the main property or for a condo parcel.

CLASS_CODE - the Assessors Land Use Code for the APN.

FEATURE_GROUP Custom Classification assigned by Richard Fairhurst with grouping prefixes, such as Accessory Structure, Carport, Clubhouse, Commercial, Industrial, Residential, etc.

FEATURE_CODE - Custom Classification assigned by Richard Fairhurst without any grouping prefix.

NUMBER_OF_STORIES - The number of stries of the footrprint. Default value is 1.

NUMBER_OF_UNITS - The number of occupiable units in the footprint

NAME - The complex or name of the footrpiint, such as Apartment Complex name, school name, etc.

ADDRESS_ID - The ID of the Address Point associated with the foorprint.

GUID - The GUID of the Address Point

USPS_ADDRESS - The main Address, excluding unit, city or ZIP in Upper Case letters.

CAD_ADDRESS - The main Address, excluding unit, city or ZIP in Proper Case leters.

HOUSE_NUMBER - The House Number portion of the Address

DIR - The Prefx Direction of the Address street name.

STREET_NAME - The base street name of the Address Street name excluding types, like AVE, BLVD, DR, ST, ext.

STREET_TYPE - The Address street name type, like AVE, BLVd, DR, ST, etc.

BLDG - The Address Building Number.

UNIT - The Address Unit Number.

ZIP - The ZIP code of the Address.

COMMENTS - Any comments describing the footprint or a complex of foorpriints.

PRIMARY_OWNER - The primary Property Owner.\

YEAR_CONSTUCTED - The 4 digit year of construction.

BEDROOMS - The number of bedrooms of the footprint, if available.

BATHS - The number of bathrooms of the footprint, if available.

GARAGE1_TYPE - A - Attached or D - Detached, if known of Garage1.

GARAGE1_AREA - The area in square feet of the Garage1.

CARPORT1_AREA - The area is square feet of the Carport1.

GARAGE2_TYPE - A - Attached or D - Detached, if known of Garage2.

GARAGE2_AREA - The area in square feet of the Garage2.

CARPORT2_AREA - The area is square feet of the Carport2.

FIREPLACE_FLAG - N = no fireplace and Y = has fireplace, if known.

FIREPLACE_VALUE - The value in US dollars of the Fireplace, if known.\

CENTRAL_HEAT - N = no Central Heat and Y = has Central Heat, if known.
