This is a test layer (the intersection and calculated fields from the MCPA layer may improve accuracy).

Updates to the map will occur throughout the year.

These layers are Copy Features from MCPA, FLUM, and ZONING (9/19/24). The parcel layer includes added fields: Vacant_PC, Developed_PC, and OpenSpace_PC (containing values of 0 or 1) to allow for easy and fast loading of symbology. This reduces the need for Arcade script rendering from the live MCPA REST layers (Internal Parcel with fields deleted for Public layer). Similarly, in the FLUM layer, a Maximum Units field was added using dissolved classifications and calculated from the Acres field. The same process was applied to the Zoning layer to show the maximum number of units, with dissolved zoning classifications and calculated fields based on the zoning Acres field.
