The files contains a compilation of access easements, pedestrian easements, greenway easements, landscape easements, conservation easements, sign easements, art easements, buffers, resource conservation areas, open space, common area, common elements, play areas, recreation facilities, parks, cemeteries, game lands, and wetlands. This file is a work in progress and is created by using metes and bounds descriptions from plats and deeds; digitizing recorded or approved plans; and importing tax parcel boundaries from Wake County GIS data. New features are added to the file as newer plats are recorded and as time allows.
