Created to show where land owners maintain a Texas Tax Code exemption on their property for agricultural use. In such cases, the City must offer the property owner an opportunity to enter into a non-annexation agreement with the City in lieu of annexation. This strategy can be an effective way of assuring limited development on the property for up to 15 years.

Non-Annexation Agreemnent Areas was created using polygons from the platted base, during the 2007-2008 Annexation. This feature class is linked to NonAnnexationAgreement_Dbase table through the relationship class NonAnnexationAgreementRelate
