Description: This depiction of NHD Flowlines, Waterbodies, and Areas named
in the Retained Waters List is one of the component datasets used to
represent the extent of Retained Waters, as defined in the Memorandum of
Agreement (MOA) between the Florida Department of Environmental
Protection and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for assumption of
Section 404 of the Clean Water Act. It was used to produce "Screening
Layer 1" within the Consolidated Retained Waters Guideline layer.
