Description: The Delist List include those waters that are removals from the State's Verified List and proposed for removal from the CWA section 303(d) list for several reasons such as the waterbody is no longer impaired, a TMDL has been completed, the parameter verified impaired in the previous assessment was due to a flaw in the original analysis, or corrections made to the waterbody type or class during the Biennial Assessment 2022-2024.
