The American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) was United States (U.S.) legislation passed recently to provide assistance to U.S. citizens impacted by COVID-19. This federal funding program was expanded to assist local governments by allowing funds to be utilized for necessary investments in water, sewer, and broadband infrastructure.
