This dataset is used in the Community Profiles Viewer and contains data from the Arizona Department of Health Services, including birth and death certificates and hospital discharge data, U.S. Census Bureau, Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), and other publicly available datasets. See Data Sources for additional information.

The Community Profiles Viewer is a user-friendly mapping tool developed by the Arizona Department of Health Services to help users explore community-level indicators related to population demographics, social determinants of health, health outcomes, access to primary care services and environmental health.

This tool is especially useful for:
