Description: This schema was defined by Peter Quintas at SOMA Global and passed to the City of Richmond DIT as part of the RMS replacement solution for RPD. It is essentially the city's address data with some slight modifications. Those modifications are 1) city Police Sectors are spatially joined in order to add the Police Sector (ESN) column 2) All units, regardless of type (condo, extension, apartment, etc.) have all been merged down into one field (AddBldg).
