Description:

Used for alternate street naming methodologies, and for alternate cartographic display of street centerlines as a single line, which is helpful for mapping at smaller scales, i.e. 1:30,000+. According to the City's GIS Data Quality Standards, Roads are of the highest priority feature type upon which thematic/administrative area boundaries are to be defined; they are used in topological constructs of features.
