Description:

Represents Virginia State House Districts.

The Create and Edit date of districts appears as (10/3/2019), because the Registrar informed the DIT-GIS Team that a court ordered localities on 01-29-2019 to use the State of VA-derived GIS data source, even though that source had a lot of positional inaccuracies (sort of like old TIGER Files), but had to be used none the less. See: https://redistricting.dls.virginia.gov/PlanList.aspx?type=DOC

Together, the Registrar and GIS Coordinator adopted the significant changes from that data source and applied it to the City's data source. This was originally done on a separate data source, but was forgotten to be applied in the transactional Geodatabase...we applied it on 10/3/2019.
