Description: This layer represents the combined sewer basins (CSO basins) for the City of Lancaster. It was updated in June 2021 by Jacobs to reflect changes from the City.The edited layer was based on the "CSO_Basins_2016" layer, from the SWMM 2016 Model Update. The following edits were then made:(1) Updated the North basin's northern edge to reflect a new border of the CSO basin in Manheim Township. The new polygon/border was sent to Jacobs by the City (B. Harner) as a shapefile titled "Disconnection_Drainage_AreaCOL" on 9/17/20. The new shapefile was used to replace the former North basin edge.(2) Updated a small area of the North basin around McCaskey HS which was formerly labeled as part of the MS4 area. The new polygon/border was sent to Jacobs by the City (B. Harner) on 2/1/21 as a marked up PDF which was georeferenced into ArcMap and then added to the data.
