Service Description: This data is intended to serve as the authoritative zoning application layer for the Department of Planning & Development. The initial parcel information comes from the Planning Land Use System and is joined to the parcel layer. The parcel groupings are merged and create the individual zoning application polygons. An update process has been integrated via a python script that will update specific fields within the data as needed.
