Automated Lands Program/Enterprise Data Warehouse Basic Ownership boundary updated with Mean High Water Combined Source (MHW CS) shoreline information for the Tongass National Forest. The Forest Service Shoreline Integration Tool was employed in this update. Note in the final product Forest Service area shoreline was updated, while non-Forest service area retain the original Basic Ownership shoreline. This layer was developed for use in the Tongass National Forest plan revision assessment effort. These data may not be used to determine title, ownership, legal descriptions or boundaries, legal jurisdiction, or restrictions that may be in place on either public or private land.
