Description: The R5 UCF by Census Tract or Locality layer utilizes geometry developed by U.S. Census Bureau surveys. This layer connects UCF projects to census tracts, displays information that highlights indicators of socioeconomic and environmental burdens, and identifies which communities are at highest risk to these burdens. Individual polygons were created for the three Pacific Island sovereign states, known as Compact of Free Association, that get excluded from U.S. census surveys.
