Source data for Housing Unit Density was acquired from the 2023 Quantitative Wildfire Risk Assessment (QWRA) data library. The dataset represents housing unit density data (HUDen) produced by Pyrologix for the Wildfire Risk to Communities project using building footprint and U.S. Census data. For 2023, HUDen is an early draft version based on circa 2021 census data and a comprehensive building footprint dataset that combines 3DBuildings and USA Structures datasets.
