Description: Groomed snowmobile routes as depicted in the Payette National Forest Winter Travel Map dated 2013. Updated in March 2015 to exactly match the Payette NF Winter Travel Map. Attributes: Route_Type - for what type of machine is the route groomed - values are Cat_Track, Groomed (which would be for snowmobiling) or Both (one or more routes on the forest are used by both the Ski Cat and Snowmobilies).Status: whether or not the route is currently groomed. Active - the route is currently groomed when conditions allow. Not in Use - route was previously mapped or previously groomed, but is no longer planned to be groomed nor depicted on the current Forest Winter Travel Map. Proposed - route is proposed to be groomed as part of the winter groomed routes but is not yet.
