Description:
The USDA Forest Service - Alaska Region is seeking your input on proposed cabins. As a part of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, also known as the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, the Alaska Region of the USDA Forest Service has been allocated funds to improve and expand public use cabins. These funds will enable the operation, repair, reconstruction, and new construction of cabins and the repair or reconstruction of historic buildings that are to be outleased across the Tongass and Chugach National Forest. 

You can learn more about individual projects by scrolling to the map. You can submit your comments by clicking on a project on the map or from the list on the right-hand side of the page; then click the green comment button.
