This Merged Routes layer is a copy of the Merged Routes layer from PostRoadsAndTrails05182021.gdb where we edited PostBY20 field to correspond with all updates documented below. Routes are not near IPNF BMUs and were on private land but were in buffer area of KNF BMU 12. JH and BY05 20 2021. Holifield talked with Ed Morgan about FR 4724 S Fork Miller Cr, was back to showing as IGBC 4 in Mickeys/Shelly tracking as IGBC 4 for BY20 and PostBY20. Route for teh 2020 FP BA was shown back to IGBC 3. Ed verified route was barriered again in May of 2020, so keeping the lower segment as IGBC 4 for BY20 and putting it to IGBC 3 for PostBY20. Per teh BY19 route layer and Ed the route wasn't brushed to the end, the BY20 NRM had shown it opened to end. So Ed had me split the route the way it was split for BY19 to keep the portion not brushed as IGBC 3 in both BY20 and PostBY20, and just the lower segment as open in BY20.05202021. Holifield contacted Micky Carr and Katie Miller about some Routes on a Stimson section. The connecting routes had been updated in BY20 to reflect them going to gated or barrier, but the Stimson routes 14623B and 14623C were left as Open. So as the actual ground condition (gated or barriered is not known). Mickey replied on 05202021 saying the 14623B & C were bermed by brush piles. Holifield decided to retain as IGBC 2 for BY20 and PostBY20 until discussions can be had as to what defines berms vs vegged barrier vs brush pile, etc.0519 2021. Holifield and Young worked with Sean Hill to edit the route layer to correspond to his route changes he made for Black Ram but hadn't got into to Shelly yet so NRM was not reflecting his changes based on his ground truthing. As BMU15 was not meeting TMRD we wend and hand changed all his changes.See detailed table but changes IN BMU15 were made to Routes 757, 5825, 5828, 5826, 145828, 8043, 5644A, 5879, 5879C, 5879D, 5879G, 925A, 8061, 8068 and 8127 B. THese changes will sttay the same in both the PostBY20 and the BY20.0518 2021. Holifield worked with Sean to get the BMU 9 updates for the inkind core replacement that wasn't in NRM for some reason. SO NFSR 4556 Goat Callahan was still showing as IGBC 2, we updated that to IGBC 3. The route was barriered in BY19 to create inkind core replacement. Also changed NFSR 4405 Logan Overlook. The route was changed from Barraiered to gated under Starry Goat, and was showing as IGBC 4. Sean said starry goat isn't active yet (for haul and work the route would be analyzed as 4), Road work on 4405 occured in BY19 and Post BY19 where it was shown as IGBC 4. So for BY20 and Post BY20 the route is currently gated. Once Starry goat starts using the route it will change to 4 for BY monitoring.
