Service Description: Impervious ground surfaces can cause environmental issues. Some of these include flooding and contaminated runoff. This web map used supervised classification to find impervious surfaces in the City of Louisville, Kentucky. Once impervious surfaces are identified the City of Louisville can calculate landowner fees.
