Description:

Linear water bodies: rivers, creeks, and any watercourses, including major engineered and enclosed watercourses of storm sewer systems in urban areas.

The original file that existed before 2004 was generated mainly by student volunteers and CVC staff. Starting 2004, original file underwent major and substantial revisions using orthophotos and field observations. Starting from 2015, LiDAR-based DEM and contour lines were used to refine the line network.

From 2020-2022, new features were added, and some were modified or removed. The content of the attribute table was not updated.

Disclaimer: The Hydrologic Network has been refined using LiDAR-based DEM and contour lines, most segments have not been ground-truthed. CVC cannot guarantee the Information is complete and/or accurate.
