There is also a score value that is Insufficient Data, which includes CAs that do not do watershed report cards, plan to do WRC in future or currently do WRC but do not follow guidlines. The categories which are represented by fields in the feature class are ForestCover, Surface Water Quality, Ground Water Quality, Wetland, Land Use & RiparGrade. At this time only the first four indicators are being mapped. Some CAs do not report on all four of the cateogries.
