Combined Statewide and MPO Top 5% Excess Expected Crash Network Screening for Fatal and Serious Injury 5 year crashes and All 5 year crashes from 2013 to 2017.
Categorial types of risk are identified within each layer distinguishing the weighting method (Top 5% by Statewide Vs by MPOs) for each assessed risk type.
