OSPC used DHSS-DHCQ data and supplemented it by adding the location of the VA Hospital and Urgent Care Facilities within DE. The Urgent Care Facilities were found by Googling locations of Urgent Care in Delaware and adding locations based on company website information. The urgent care facilities in Delaware are not currently regulated or licensed by DHSS-DHCQ.
