Description: Initial (unrevised) shapefile acquired from Tim Anderson at BARR Engineering, 6/08. C.M. This shapefile has been altered from this original state. Typo's were corrected, errors in the table were revised, and points were added to represent all sediment/water quality ponds from a related polygon shapefile "basins_rwmwd_phase2map.shp"Edits were made to the original BARR file based on map markups made by Cliff Aichinger to a printed version of the original BARR data. 2/22/13 - c. magnuson. Further and more extensive editing was done by going through each feature with Brad Lindaman (BARR) and Cliff Aichinger and making live edits. 3/21/13 - c. magnuson. More edits done in conjunction with the Public Works Group pilot project with Little Canada (Joel Schilling), and with adding all creeks as Open Conveyance System. Open Conveyance System review found more errors in missing objects, flipped directionality, and pipes and structures were added where culverts and pipes carried creeks underground 9/2014-cm.The original data can be found at C:\GIS_DATA_FOLDER\rwmwdnoncore\Projects\MS4_Phase2_SWPPP\ArchiveData.mdb\MS4_Pipes.This file should be used for Storm Sewer Conveyance System map required in MS4 permit requirements.

IDDE locations #16-22 were added2/13/17 - IDDE #17 (Beltline Interceptor) is not usually tested because railroad property and outlet to river are deemed unsafe conditions. Stormwater tested annually slightly upstream at IDDE #13 (Beltline) should be this same, but IDDE #17 should be sampled one every 5 years minimum to verify. It should remain on MS4 MCM6 count.2/22/18 - IDDE #1 at Kohlman Creek Outfall was moved to the west side of Maplewood Drive (Hwy 61) to be more accurate with the description of an outfall. Previously it sat on the upstream end of the pipe (culvert) under the road that RWMWD maintains.7/18/19 - Definitions: When editing/adding data, the following definitions apply:Overflow– Water flow over a surface at a uniform depth; also referred to as sheet flow and overland flowClean out– An opening providing access to a drain line. Culvert- (MnDNR definition) - A structure used to convey surface water flow through embankments, such as roads, driveways, dikes, railroads etcOther definitions available at https://stormwater.pca.state.mn.us/index.php?title=GlossaryAll references to 'inlet' or 'outlet' are labeled in reference to the connected pipe.12/17/19 Name field for Sediment Basins was filled in using BARR Sediment/WQ Pond Maintenance spreadsheet. Description: Show receiving waters for all RWMWD owned/maintained outfalls listed in our MS4 (17)Created: 2/22/18 - carrie magnuson2017 SWPPP MS4 report from Pollution Control Agency, section MCM3, question #37 asked "Does your storm sewer map include all receiving waters? [PartIII.C.1.d]"There are two locations of receiving waters that should be verified: Valley Creek #8 and Upper Afton Road #15.
Description: This polygon shapefile depicts Sediment and Water Quality Ponds installed or otherwise recognized by the Ramsey-Washington Metro Watershed District. Shapefile acquired from Tim Anderson at BARR Engineering, 6/08. C.M. Originally named "basins_rwmwd_phase2map.shp." Three files by this name were found on 5/12, so a process of elimnation and editing was done by Carrie Magnuson and Cliff Aichinger to remove outdated or incorrect information. Even more intensive edits were made through active editing wtih Brad Lindaman (BARR) and Cliff Aichinger. 3/21/13 - c.magnuson. This edited data should be considered a more complete and correct dataset than the original.7/16/15: c.magnuson: Added Unique Identification (UID) file for use in MS4 Pond, Wetland, and Lake Inventory spreadsheet. The UID was assigned based on the following priority: 1. MnRAM ID if available. 2. Permit # : (RWMWD-[permit#]) if applicable. 3. CIP (RWMWD-CIP-(acronym)-(001)). 4. Other (RWMWD - (acronym) - (001)). Should a more official system be put in place in the future, the "RWMWD-# and/or MnRAM" system can be overridden. This file should be the master basin file for Phase 2 or MS4 permit requirement maps.
Description: Last updated:RamseyWashingtonWD edited March 25, 2009 This polygon delineates the current boundaries of the Ramsey-Washington Metro Watershed District. Refer to document: "Jurisdictional Boundary Update and Maintenance for Watershed Management Organizations Washington County," (spring 2006) for more information. Notes on boundary changes can be found in the Data Quality>Completeness Report in the metadata.6/28/12: RamseyWashingtonWD_2012 was created to incorporate the following changes to the legal boundary: Discrepancies with VLAWMO, RWMWD, and Ramsey County Taxing information.Change at Century College parcel.Re-delineation along county boundary rather than at center of river (southwest boundary)(Proposed) boundary change with CRWD to move parts or all of subwatershed PHAL-17 into CRWD.Incorporation of all lands formerly under Grass Lake WMO jurisdiction.
Description: MNRAM and RWMWD classification for wetlands lying within the Ramsey-Washington Metro Watershed District. note: MnRAM id's were only given to historical wetlands and sometime the mitigation wetlands if it wasn't noted originally. For this reason, newly constructed wetlands (such as the NE portions of Kohlman Basin and PCU pond) do not have a proper ID. MNRAM boundaries stop at RWMWD boundaries. Valley Branch may be working on putting one together according to Julie 11/10/09Upon review May 9, 2011 the Manage C wetland 62-029-22-15-008-A, based on historical photo interpretation and data, shows that it is an excavated water quality pond and not a jurisdictional wetland.
