Service Description: Hurricane Florence hit North Carolina in 2018 bring extreme flooding causing Wilmington to be cut off from the rest of the state. These waters were a mix of sewage and salt water. With waters like these the vegetation that is use to its fresh water source is now contaminated and in time these forests and vegetation become ghost forests.
