Description: Parcel boundary and Assessment Information for parcels assessed in Lehigh County PA. This service is updated monthly. Parcel Boundaries layer contains situs address attributes. Owner layer contains Assessment information, such as owner data, Zoning, Assessment values, etc. Owner Points may be overlapped if a parcel boundary contains several parcel records (Parnums). Lehigh parcel records are unique by 2 fields: PIN and PARNUM. Each parcel boundary will have its own PIN and a PARNUM equal to '1'. Any extra parcel record within the boundaries of a single parcel will have subsequent PARNUMs
