Description: This is a line data set depicting preliminary subdivision parcel boundaries within the Boise City Area of Impact. These lines represent the subdivision lay out prior to final approval by the Ada County Assessor’s Office. Preliminary boundaries are subject to change. The preliminary subdivision data set is derived by Boise City GIS from AutoCAD files submitted by local engineering firms to Boise City. The preliminary subdivision is deleted from the Boise City preliminary data set when a subdivision is officially recorded and added to the Ada County basemap data. This data set is continually being updated by the Boise City GIS. It is current to the date it was published
