Description: This is a point data set representing locations of on-street accessible parking in downtown Boise. An accessible compliant parking space should be located on the shortest route to curb cuts or ramps for wheelchair and other mobility aid devices should be free from obstructions and be located in areas where persons exiting the vehicle shall exit onto a flat, hard surface. The international symbol of accessibility (white wheelchair and user on a blue background) must mark every accessible parking space. The initial dataset was created from on-the-ground inventory and analysis by PDS in the fall of 2018. This dataset is maintained by City of Boise PDS staff. This data is updated as needed. It is current to the date of publication.
