Description: This service provides groundwater level data, lithology, well screen, well casing and site information to the USGS National Groundwater Monitoring Network Data Portal. The data is compiled from the Maine DEP EGAD and the MGS NGWMN databases. MGS staff selected background wells for inclusion in the portal and have quality checked the data before making it available.
