This table has registered and historic land parcels in Authority and LINZ.Some of the columns here are sourced from the LINZ Data Service and Stats NZ. Parcel_Number, int : Unique identifier of parcel from Authority. Also used as the PRIMARY KEY of this table
LINZ_Parcel_ID, int : Parcel ID from LINZ
Parcel_Flag, varchar : Type of parcel from Authority. Registered - Current parcel with title, Historic - Current land parcel without a title,U = Unreal L = Underlying
Title_Code, smallint : Defines type of legal description eg:Units,Carparks ..
Legal_Description, varchar : Legal name of the property from Authority. Also known as Appellation
Parcel_Area, numeric : Surveyed area of parcel of land. Buildings/units dont have parcel area as this is only applicable to land
LINZ_Parcel_Flag, varchar : Type of parcel from LINZ. Registered - Current parcel with title, Historic - Current land parcel without a title
LINZ_Legal_Description, varchar : Legal name of property from LINZ
LINZ_Survey_Area, numeric : Area of parcel from LINZ measured by surveyor
LINZ_Carc_area, numeric : Computer calculated land area from LINZ
Latitude, varchar : Latitude to define the center of parcel area
Longitude, varchar : Longitude to define the center of parcel area
Geojson, nvarchar : Shape of the parcel area defined in geojson format
Esri_Json, nvarchar : This is derived from shape column, which we use to draw the shape on agol map view.
Meshblock_Number, int : A meshblock is the smallest geographic unit for which statistical data is collected and processed by Statistics New Zealand.
Statistical_Area_2_Code, int : SA2s were introduced as part of the Statistical Standard for Geographic Areas 2018 (SSGA2018) which replaced the New Zealand Standard Areas Classification (NZSAC1992). This data is provided by stats NZ
District_Plan_Zone_Code, int : Code to describe the zoning derived by spatial calculation
