This polyline layer contains Pavement Condition Index data for pavement on public roads in the city of Los Angeles. These polylines are comprised of line segments, each of which is assigned a PCI value.

Data were based on Bureau of Engineering street centerline data, then regularly updated by StreetsLA to reflect updates to the street network.
