This Sanitation dataset represents the following feature class:

The original feature class is parcel-specific. It was dissolved into one polygon to create this feature class.

The source feature class was created from a table of parcel APNs that are known to be connected to the South Park Sanitation District system. That table of parcels was provided by the Sonoma County Water Agency on January 30, 2019. The parcel APNs were validated and joined to the Permit Sonoma parcel base to create the feature class noted above, which was then dissolved to create this feature class.

The purpose of this feature class is to simply display the non-parcel specific boundary of the South Park Sanitation District, for use in the Sanitation Map Viewer in AGOL.

PRMD staff may need to determine if a parcel they are researching is inside or outside of the South Park Sanitation District. Publishing this feature class as a feature layer in AGOL and including the layer in the Sanitation Map Viewer will allow engineering staff to make that determination.
