Description:

This app was created by FDOT D1 and is mainly used as a reference for planning in traffic analysis. All the information is gathered from many different sources and is intended to be used as a collaborative resource among the various planning agencies. The different layers included are: Modeling PreApp (potential future developments), TAZs (Traffic Analysis Zones), Count Data (Count stations that are assigned for the AADT - Average Annual Daily Traffic), Parcels for each county, FDOT's road layer for locating Roadway IDs and the Context Classification (the existing and future land use classification of the roadway).

The developments depicted in this application may not have obtained necessary approvals from regulatory authorities. As a result, there is no certainty that the development will be approved in the future or alter the current development plans.
