Description: This dataset is an output of the Systemwide Provisional Context Classification (SPCC) process. It contains the Refined Analytic Segments output for Existing Conditions. It is generated from the Refined Analytic Land Use raster and FDOT Basemap Routes feature class with two steps. First, the raster is converted to polygons. Second, route features are intersected with the resulting polygons. This is documented in the "Segment Analysis - Refined Analytic Roadway Segment" section of the District 4 SPCC User Guide Version 2.0 on page 163.
