Service Description: The Land Use Plan communicates long-term development goals. It is used to assist neighborhoods in comprehending their own development patterns; promoting orderly growth by indicating future land uses for areas in the City's jurisdiction and within adjacent locations that are governed by annexation agreements with our neighboring cities and towns. Amendments made are in accordance to approved resolutions by High Point City Council. Complete file amendments may be inspected at the City of High Point Planning & Development Department offices.
