The locations of streamflow stations deployed and maintained by the NHDES' Instream Flow Program. These stations are used for two purposes: (1) the elimination of streamflow datagaps on NH's designated rivers which preclude conducting Protected Instream Flow Studies and (2) compliance monitoring of protected instream flow criteria established for certain designated rivers.

Summary of Fields for the point data:

OBJECTID - Object ID assigned to the point.

Shape - A geometric field assigned to the point.

STAT_ID - A text string assigned to identify the station. Former or current USGS gaging stations are identified as "USGS-########"; stations established by NHDES are identified as "##[X]-XXX" in accordance with the nomenclature standards used in the NHDES' Environmental Monitoring Database.

TOWN - A text value denoting the Town in which the station is located.

STAT_NAME - A text string describing the station location in accordance with the nomenclature used by the USGS.

WATERSHED - A text value denoting the designated river watershed in which the station is located.

DRNAREA - A real number value for drainage basin area in square miles.

DASHBDLINK - A text string containing a hyperlink to a dashboard of current station data maintained by the Onset Computer Corporation.

IMAGE - A raster dataset comprising an image of the station.

STATUS - A text value indicating whether the station is Active (A) or inactive (I).

TYPE1 - A 2-letter text value denoting the following types of stations used during the first deployment: Onset MicroRX 2104 water level station (WL) or equivalent, Onset HOBO U20-001 datalogger (DL) or equivalent; game camera (GC), or staff gage(SG).

TELEM1 - A 2-letter text value denoting the following types of telemetry for transmitting streamflow data used during the first deployment: wireless via cellular network (WL); satellite (ST); or none (NN).

PURPOSE1 - A 2-letter text value denoting the following purposes for the streamflow station during the first deployment: baseline study/datagap elimination (BL); protected instream flow study (PF); compliance monitoring of PISF Values (CM).
