The following list describes the attribtue table for this layer:
[FacilityID] (String, 10) Alphanumeric id for record matching in Maximo
[FacilityType] (Sting, 50) {DOMAIN:
[InstallDate] (Date) Date the facility was installed.
[Location] (String, 50) Best location description of the facilitiy. If it is a street, enter the full street name. If it is a park, shcool, or other non-street location, enter the name of the location.
[BufferSize] (Double, 38,8) Width in feet of the buffer, if present, otherwise enter 0.
Attributes include:
[WIDTH] (Text,50) Width of sidewalk in feet. Do not add apostrophe to notate feet.
[PROJECT] (Text,50) Describes an associated construction project.
[CONDITION] (Text,15) Originally used during a survey of sidewalks to assess their general condition. Any newly built sidewalks should be attributed "New".
[VERIFIED] (Text,5) (Coded Domain: "Yes", "No") Describes if sidewalk is field verified. "Yes" for anything built by Public Services.
[INSPECT_DATE] (Date) Describes the date of field verification or inspection. Public Services date of completion is used. Exact date is used if known, otherwise, either the 1st or 15th of the month will be used, which ever is closest.
[MATERIAL] (Text,15) (Coded Domain: "Concrete", "Brick", "Decomp Granite", "Pavers", "Other") Describes type of material used to construct sidewalk. Most are concrete. If material is not in domain use the [COMMENT] field to describe. If this value is not known leave <Null>.
[COMMENT_] (Text,50) Used to notate information not provided for in the table.
[INSTALLDATE] (Date) Date field for notating completion of construction.
[STATUS] (Text,15) Will be used to notate who constructed the sidewalk. Existing attributes include "Public Services", "By Homeowner", and "By Contractor".
