Service Description: This map shows the critical habitat for the Northern Spotted Owl as well as a 19 mile buffer around each habitat zone to represent the average range within which juvenile owls disperse from their parent's nest to build a nest of their own. Disturbances within the buffered areas of the NWFP boundary, between 1985 and 2020, are shown as a change in NBR.
