This dataset is intended to represent the ownership & management information on Master Title Plats(MTPs). Surface management will be identified by the Agency of Jurisdiction, when the surface is Federal. All other parcels will be identified as either Private or State. Private parcels do not identify the name of the individual owner. Mineral ownership identifies only the Federal interest. This dataset also includes known BLM managed surface within the state of Nebraska, which is managed by Wyoming BLM. No Federal mineral interest within Nebraska is yet included. Updated 7/31/2020.
