This dataset is primarily used as a framework layer for use in GIS and other mapping applications and does not represent a land survey of the boundaries.

Description: 11/25/2024 - Update. Sully Creek State Park was renamed to Rough Rider State Park. The Missouri River State Natural Area boundary was removed due to changes in management.
4/27/2023 - Update. Changes were made to the boundary of Lake Metigoshe State Park, Little Missouri State Park, and Fort Stevenson State Park.
8/12/2021 – Update. Lewis and Clark Interpretive Center, Fahlgren Park, and Fort Mandan were removed from this layer as they are no longer owned or managed by NDPRD.
