These facilities are licensed by the State of North Dakota and certified by the Center for Medicaid and Medicare Services (CMS) to participate in the Medicare/Medicaid programs. North Dakota Department of Health Division of Health Facilities has the contract for conducting the Medicare/Medicaid certification survey for CMS in these facilities.
