Description: North Dakota statewide school district polygons. The dataset was last updated in October 2024 and represents a snapshot of the district polygons for the 2024-2025 school year. The dataset geometry was derived from the School Districts feature class that was created in 2013. Several gaps and overlaps were removed, implementing topology with a .1' cluster tolerance and some district boundaries changed. Some topology errors remain, and will be addressed in future updates.
The data is maintained by the North Dakota Department of Public Instruction, with Avineon, Inc. updating the boundaries as requested by the DPI.
