Description: These parcel bounds are updated about once a year by CAI Tech. based on the MassGIS Level 3 parcel data standard. The attribute information attached to each parcel comes from the Tisbury Assessor's Office. CAI Tech. runs an automated routine which joins the assessor's info from AxisGIS to the parcel bounds. CAI Tech. then publishes that joined dataset to ArcGIS OnLine. The Martha's Vineyard Commission then creates a REST service data bundle, which includes CAI's published dataset, for the town of Tisbury for use in their OpenGov ViewPermitting application.
