Field Name	Description
STORET No	Identification number representing the location in the EPA's Storet Database (also known as the Water Quality Portal)
VisitID	Identification key for unique sampling event. Consists of concatenated Storet identification number and date the investigation was conducted
Date	Date the investigation was conducted, formatted as text
Lat	Latitude value of sampling location in decimal degrees
Long	Longitude value of sampling location in decimal degrees
Targeted	Denotes whether this site investigation was done in response to a Targeted Monitoring Request
Status	Denotes whether this site investigation was done as a component of the water quality status assessment program
Trend	Denotes whether this site investigation was done as a component of the water quality trend program.
HTOTSCORE	The calculated habitat quality score
HABITATRATING	Represents the corresponding, qualitative, habitat rating
ITOTSCORE	The calculated macroinvertebrate community score
MACROINVERTEBRATE COMMUNITY RATING	Represents the corresponding, qualitative, macroinvertebrate rating
FTOTSCORE	The calculated fish community score
FISH_COMMUNITY_RATING	Represents the corresponding, qualitative, fish community rating
DateSampled	Date the investigation was conducted, formatted as a date field.
